If you cancel within 48 hours of your check-in time, one night’s charge may be applied as a cancellation fee. - No-Show:
If you do not arrive on the check-in date and haven’t informed us, the full booking amount may be charged, and no refund will be given.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:- You cancel the booking within the free cancellation time.
- The hotel fails to provide the booked service or room.
- You are charged more than the confirmed amount due to system error.
- Non-Refundable Bookings:

- Rate differences may apply, and no refund will be provided for switching to a lower-priced room after check-in.
